Yarbrough- McDowell Sarah Ann Yarbrough and Michael Cole McDowell, both of San Saba, plan to exchange wedding vows in a March 13, 2010, ceremony in Las Vegas, Nev.

Miss Yarbrough is the daughter of C.L. Yarbrough of Lampasas, and the late Linda Yarbrough of Evant.

She is a 1996 graduate of Evant High School and a 2000 Tarleton State University graduate where she earned a bachelor of arts in English and a master of education in counseling.

Miss Yarbrough is a counselor for the Copperas Cove Independent School District.

Mr. McDowell is the son of Tom and Cathy McDowell of Bend.

He is a 1991 San Saba High School graduate and is employed by the city of San Saba.
