Elva Mary Pena, 57, died Dec. 20, 2009, at her residence.

No services are planned at this time. Her body will be cremated.

Mrs. Pena was born May 25, 1952, to Manual and Juanita Rodriguez.

She has worked as a custodian for the Lampasas Independent School District and Lampasas Manor. She was a Catholic.

Survivors include her mother of Lampasas; two daughters, Sandra Rodriquez Dufner and Leona Pena of Lampasas; two sons, Daniel Pena of Lampasas and Charlie Pena of Houston; three brothers, Rudolfo, Felix and Rudy Rodriguez Jr. of Lampasas; and four sisters, Lupe Rodriguez, Dela Garrison and Rafaela Cano, all of Lampasas, and Olivia Garcia of Austin.

She was preceded in death by her father.
