Colorful foliage adorns these trees in W.M. Brook Park, as fall prepares to give way to winter. A
dam on Sulphur Creek near the historic Hancock Park Springs appears in the background. Although
green grass and partly cloudy skies would seem to suggest pleasant, warm weather, this photograph
actually was taken on an early December day, as snow flurries occurred throughout the city.
