The first American Red Cross Blood Drive of the new year will be held Jan. 4 at AMVETS Post 80 from 12:30-6:30 p.m., at the intersection of U.S. Highways 281, 183 and 190.

Donors must be in general good health, at least 17 years old and weigh a minimum of 110 pounds.
