2011 ballot likely to decide project’s fate

The Lampasas City Council will not take further action on a civic center until May 2011, when the project may be placed on a debt issue ballot. Ronald Van Hart Jr., 52, of Lometa died Dec. 14, 2009, at his residence. A memorial service is Dec. 18 at 10 a.m. at Family of Faith Church in Lometa. The body will be cremated.
