Sharron Grant Bullock, 63, of Comanche, formerly of Llano, died Dec. 8, 2009, at her residence.

A memorial service was Dec. 12 at Assembly of God Church in Lampasas with Ronnie Gilbert officiating. Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas.

Mrs. Bullock was born Dec. 24, 1945, in San Antonio, the daughter of Lewis E. and Iva M. Alexander Grant.

She attended Lampasas High School and continued her education at Central Texas College where she received a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice.

Mrs. Bullock retired as a counselor for Texas mental health services.

She had previously lived in Llano and moved to Comanche about four months ago.

Survivors include daughters, Sheila Hickman of Baltimore, Md., Lora Johnson of Denver, Colo., and Shari Barnhart of Copperas Cove; a son, Randall Johnson of Killeen; seven grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren; and a sister, Susan Pavey of Kingsland.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
