SOCCER

The Tri-County Soccer Officials Association is seeking people interested in officiating local high school soccer.

Experience is preferred, but not required.

BANQUET

The Lampasas High School football and volleyball banquet will be Monday at 7 p.m. at the high school cafeteria.

The banquet will honor athletes in both sports.

Tickets are $10 and are available at the athletic office or Hodges & Sargent Pharmacy.

FOOTBALL

Jonathan Dents, son of 1977 Lampasas High School graduate Charles Dents and grandson of Dorothy and the late Will Dents Jr., will attend and play football at Harvard University.

The senior wide receiver had 45 catches for 954 yards and 18 touchdowns for Birdville High School this season.

As a junior, Dents posted 57 receptions for 881 yards and nine touchdowns.
