O’Connor-Ward Sheena Lynn O’Connor and James Rodney Ward Jr., both of Kempner, plan to exchange wedding vows in a Dec. 19, 2009, ceremony at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fredericksburg.

Miss O’Connor is the daughter of Dennis and Janet O’Connor of Kempner.

She is a student in the Central Texas College registered nurse’s program.

Mr. Ward, the son of Jim and Jean Ward of Kempner, is working toward a bachelor’s degree in human resource management at Central Texas College.
