PHOTO BY LISA CARNLEY This float, containing Charlie Brown and Snoopy of Peanuts fame, was one of a number that participated in Friday night’s Community Christmas lighted parade that entertained the crowds on hand for Lampasas’ kickoff to the holiday season. In addition to parade participants, there was a visit from Santa Claus, entertainment on the bandstand, museum events and after-hours shopping.
