The Hill Country Children’s Advocacy Center’s third annual Cowboy Up for Kids Boots ‘N Bling event is Saturday at the Lakeside Pavilion on Lake LBJ in Marble Falls.

The fund-raiser will feature barbecue, lively music and dancing, a silent auction and a saloon casino. Tickets are $25 per person, and proceeds benefit physically and sexually abused children and their non-offending family members in Blanco, Brown, Burnet, Lampasas, Llano, Mason, Mills and San Saba counties.

As of the end of October, HCCAC provided services to 272 children -- up 21 from the same time last year.
