Marcia Marie McNeal, 58, of Columbus, Texas, died Nov. 23, 2009, at Columbus Memorial Hospital.

No formal services are planned, and the body will be cremated.

Mrs. McNeal was born Aug. 12, 1951, in Hallettsville, to Boyd and Eunice Brown Moore.

She grew up and attended schools in Rock Island, Hallettsville and Columbus.

Mrs. McNeal was a waitress and had lived the majority of her life in Columbus.

Survivors include daughters, Lisa Vasek of Victoria and Michelle Armentrout of Lometa; a son, Donald Frank Frederick; a brother, Edwin Ehler of Columbus; a sister, Patty Brown of San Antonio; nine grandchildren, Brett, Eric and Alyssa Vasek, Christina Medina, Cody Montgomery, Cooper and Cheyenne Armentrout, and Justin and Zachary Frederick.
