In a jury trial on Oct. 28 in 27th District Court, Kempner resident John Thomas Allen, 48, was found not guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

In other recent court action, Jonathan Ezekiel Holley, 20, is set to receive punishment on Dec. 18 for burglary of a habitation.

A Dec. 18 pretrial is set for Jamie Lee Flint, 28, of Harker Heights for engaging in organized criminal activity.

Edd E. Lefever, 52, is expected to enter a plea on Jan. 8 for driving while intoxicated third or more.

On a charge of engaging in organized criminal activity, Blake Alan Tennimon, 22, of Harker Heights faces a Jan. 15 punishment hearing. His bond was set at $1,000.
