Cory and Amanda Davis of Waco are the parents of a daughter, Reece Kaylynn, born Oct. 2, 2009, at 8:06 p.m. at St. David’s Hospital in Georgetown.

Upon arrival, Reece weighed 7 pounds, 10 1/2 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Grandparents are Marshall and Mary Davis and Leonard and Jo Spivey, all of Lampasas.

Great-grandparents are Calvin and Nell Fuchs of Fredericksburg; Jack Davis and the late Lavory Davis, and the late Bob and Annette Spivey, all of Lampasas; and the late Hugo Otte and Floy Otte Faulkner and Richard Faulkner of Brady.
