Adam Blake Hobill, 30, of Copperas Cove received two four-year sentences in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division in recent 27th District Court action with Judge Joe Carroll presiding. It was determined Hobill did violate his probation.

He is charged with driving while intoxicated, third or more. And in a case of driving while intoxicated and felony repetition, Hobill must pay an $850 balance of his fine plus court costs and attorney fees. He was credited with jail time served.

Icom Henry Evans, 32, received two years in state jail for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

For two counts of burglary of a building, 18-month state jail sentences were given to 26-year-old Steven Joseph Johnson. On a third charge of burglary of a building, Johnson received five years' probation and must pay restitution of $32,816.

Jayne Caroline Boyle, 43, of Copperas Cove was given a 15- month state jail sentence for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.

Frankie Lee Felan, 19, of Lampasas received 10 years' deferred adjudication probation for burglary of a habitation and robbery. He also must attend a Substance Abuse Felony Program, followed by an intermediate sanction facility. In addition, Felan was fined $1,000.

Lampasas resident Justen Thomas Diamond, 27, was given eight years' probation and a $1,000 fine for driving while intoxicated, third or more. He also must serve 60 days in the county jail.

For driving while intoxicated and felony repetition, Norberto Perez Carranza, 49, of Lampasas was assessed six years' probation and a $1,000 fine. He must serve 30 days in the Lampasas County Jail and had his driver's license suspended for 18 months.

Six years' probation and a $1,000 fine were given to Round Rock resident Samuel Eric Aguirre, 33, for driving while intoxicated, third or more. His license also was suspended for 18 months, and he must serve 10 days in county jail.

For driving while intoxicated and felony repetition, 43-year-old David Dee Wiley faces five years' probation and a $1,000 fine.

Dean Logan Mitchell, 18, of Lampasas received five years' probation and a $1,000 fine for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance under one gram.

A motion to revoke against James Kelly Cargile, 44, was dismissed. His probation was amended and extended to attend a Substance Abuse Felony Program.

Bond was increased to $50,000, and an arrest warrant was issued for Williams Joshua Warren, 32, of Lampasas for theft of service over $1,500 and under $20,000.

An adjudication hearing is on the Nov. 6 docket for Lesia Sue Luttrell-Cain, 40, of Lampasas. She is charged with delivery of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.

Nov. 13 pretrials are scheduled for James Worth Nesom, 52, of Buchanan Dam for theft over $20,000 and under $100,000; and Jamie Lee Flint, 27, of Harker Heights, charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.

David Scott Barczi, 32, of Lampasas will enter a plea and receive punishment Nov. 13 for harassment of a public servant. His bond was set at $2,500.

A Dec. 4 plea hearing is slated for 19-year-old Lometa resident Adam Trejo, charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance under one gram.

Dec. 7 jury trials are slated for Daniel Anthony Aguirre, 38, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated and felony repetition, and bond jumping; Alonzo Moses Botello, 41, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated and felony repetition; and Carlton Clay Bradley, 18, of Wrightsboro for robbery.

Botello, also charged with criminal non-support, faces adjudication hearings on Nov. 20 and Dec. 7.

Jonathan Ezekiel Holley, 20, was denied a bond reduction on his charge of burglary of a habitation.

Jan. 25 jury trials are set for Armando Rosales, 31, of Lampasas for two counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance over one gram and under four grams; Wayne Josef Hatchell, 41, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana over four ounces and under five pounds; and Peggy Renelle Mixon, 38, of Lometa for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age.
