State Rep. Jimmie Don Aycock will discuss legislative issues Thursday at the Lampasas County Conservative Club's annual fund-raiser at the Holiday House, 908 E. Fourth St. at 6 p.m. The event is open to the public. A potluck and silent auction are set, and a new club president and vice president will be elected for the 2010-2011 term.
