Kempner Water Supply Corp. customers and Lampasas residents no longer need to boil water before using it for cooking, drinking or making ice. Boiling notices were lifted Friday after water samples received good results and chlorine residual levels were found to meet state requirements. Boil orders were issued as precautions, officials said.
