The Lampasas County Commissioners Court on Tuesday voted 4-0, with County Judge Wayne Boultinghouse not present, to purchase two Montvale Addition lots from the city of Lometa for $100 each.
The county has been storing gravel and equipment on the lots, which county officials recently learned were city-owned.
Commissioners also approved several fund balances, including road and bridge reserves with leftover Federal Emergency Management Agency funds. Reserves were set at $3,270 for Precinct 2, $39,217 for Precinct 3 and $11,551 for Precinct 4.
Commissioners also voted 4-0 to designate a general fire department reserve of $15,000, a Lampasas Fire Department reserve of $20,000, and a repair and replacement reserve of $100,000.
