In recent 27th District Court action with Judge Joe Carroll presiding, Lori Michelle Cummins, 33, of Lampasas received four years' deferred probation for criminal non-support.

In a revocation hearing for Copperas Cove resident Jayne Caroline Boyle, 43, her bond was set at $500. She is charged with driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.

Arraignments are set today for Wayne Josef Hatchell, 41, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana over four ounces and under five pounds; and Leslie Ann Wallace, 24, of Lampasas for assault on a public servant.

A jury trial is scheduled Nov. 16 for Coy Dustin Dowdle, 30, of Briggs for driving while intoxicated and felony repetition.

An adjudication announcement is slated Oct. 23 for Lesia Sue Luttrell-Cain, 40, of Lampasas for delivery of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.

Daniel Anthony Aguirre, 38, of Lampasas is expected to enter a plea Oct. 23 for bond jumping and driving while intoxicated and felony repetition.

A punishment hearing is slated Oct. 23 for Frankie Lee Felan, 19, of Lampasas on charges of robbery and burglary of a habitation.

A Dec. 7 jury trial is scheduled for Landon William Dalton. The 18-year-old Lampasas resident is charged with burglary of a habitation.

A jury trial is to be held in January for David Lee Rudd, 30, of Burnet on a charge of theft over $1,500 and under $20,000.
