Law Enforcement Report
The following arrests were reported by law enforcement officials.
Oct. 5
-- Samuel Keith Caldwell, 31, of Lampasas for evading arrest with a vehicle, driving while license invalid with previous convictions, unauthorized carrying of a weapon -- illegal knife, reckless driving and driving while intoxicated, second with open container. He made bond and was released the same day from the Lampasas County Jail.
-- Marvin Lee Anderson III, 40, of Kempner for assault causing bodily injury. He was still in jail Wednesday.
Oct. 4
-- Joab Fuentes, 23, of Kempner for possession of a controlled substance under one gram and driving while intoxicated. He made bond the same day.
-- Mary Lou Gottfredsen, 39, of Lometa for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury, interference with an emergency call, and criminal mischief over $50 and under $500. She posted bond Monday.
-- Alexander Barboza Suchil, 30, of Lometa for assault causing bodily injury and public intoxication. He remained in jail Wednesday.
Oct. 3
-- Marcus Allenn Lunadeleon, 24, of Austin for driving while intoxicated. He bonded out Sunday.
Oct. 2
-- Roger Allen Voigt, 28, of Lampasas for burglary of a habitation. He remained in jail Wednesday afternoon.
-- Jonathan Ezekiel Holley, 20, of Lampasas for burglary of a habitation. He was still in jail Wednesday.
Oct. 1
-- Orquidea Azusena Barron, 25, of Lampasas for assault by contact. He was released by order of the judge.
Sept. 30
-- Duval Benjamin Harper, 17, of Laredo for assault by contact. He was released Oct. 1 after time served.
-- Cody James Myers, 25, of Bullhead City, Ariz., for burglary of a building, and theft of property over $1,500 and under $20,000. He was still in the county jail Wednesday.
Sept. 27
-- Todd Tyrone Miller, 45, of Lampasas for assault causing bodily injury/family violence and public intoxication. The judge released him from jail.
Sept. 25
-- Tyler Wysong Moore, 19, of Austin for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He was released after making bond Sept. 26.
Sept. 24
-- David Leon Dillard Jr., 40, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated and driving while license invalid. He bonded out Sept. 25.
