Law Enforcement Report
The following arrests were reported by law enforcement officials.
Sept. 22
-- Bryant Jonathan Gasinski, 20, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He made bond and was released Wednesday from the Lampasas County Jail.
-- Marvin Lee Anderson III, 40, of Kempner for assault causing bodily injury. He was still in jail on Wednesday.
Sept. 20
-- Denita Lorraine Kessack, 23, of Colorado Springs, Colo., for fraudulent use/possession of identifying information. She remained in jail on Wednesday.
-- Icom Henry Evans II, 32, of Colorado Springs, Colo., for possession of a controlled substance under one gram. He remained in the county jail Wednesday afternoon.
-- Joshua Shawn Davis, 24, of Colorado Springs, Colo., for possession of a controlled substance over one gram and under four grams, fraudulent use/possession of identifying information, items less than five, and an El Paso County, Colo., Sheriff's Department warrant for failure to appear on a drug charge. He was still in the Lampasas County Jail on Wednesday.
-- Carlton Clay Bradley, 18, of Houston on a city of Lampasas warrant for burglary of a vehicle. He made bond the same day.
Sept. 19
-- Charles Fitzgerald Picciandra, 55, of Austin for driving while intoxicated. He posted bond the same day.
-- Juan Pablo Palaczo Barrientos, 23, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated. He remained in jail Wednesday.
Sept. 18
-- Loni Michelle Titus, 24, of Killeen for possession of a dangerous drug. She made bond Sunday.
-- Andrew L. Mient, 23, of Lampasas for resisting arrest/search and public intoxication. He bonded out Tuesday.
Sept. 16
-- Daniel Scott Somers, 18, of Lampasas for evading arrest/detention. He made bond the same day.
Sept. 15
-- Steven Ray Gant, 45, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated. He was still in jail on Wednesday.
-- James Michael Gavin, 43, of Lampasas for assault causing bodily injury/family violence. He posted bond Sept. 16.
Sept. 13
-- Shane Wesley Bratton, 34, of Lampasas for aggravated assault date/family/house with a weapon and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He bonded out the same day.
Sept. 12
-- Joshua Ryan Diederich, 25, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He made bond the same day. Diederich was arrested again on Sept. 18 for furnishing alcohol to a minor. He bonded out Saturday.
-- Miguel Angel Flores, 28, of Kempner for driving while intoxicated. He remained in jail on Wednesday.
Sept. 11
-- David Lee Rudd, 30, of Granite Shoals on a Lampasas Police Department warrant for two counts of forgery of a financial instrument, and theft of property over $50 and under $500 out of Burnet County. He bonded out Sept. 14.
