Grand jurors hand down indictments in district court
The Lampasas County grand jury handed down 13 indictments against 11 persons in its most recent term.
The Lampasas Police Department presented cases that resulted in the indictment of:
• Diane Marie Felan, 46, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on July 31.
• Leslie Ann Wallace, 24, for assault on a public servant causing bodily injury, on Aug. 1.
• William Joshua Warren, 32, for theft, on Aug. 20.
• Armando Rosales, 31, for two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, cocaine, in a drug-free zone, on July 23 and July 30.
• Sean Matthew Reed, 18, for delivery of marijuana, on July 25.
• Austin Cullen Smith, 19, for possession of marijuana over four ounces and under five pounds, on Aug. 14.
• Alonzo Moses Botello, 41, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on Sept. 5.
Indictments were handed down in cases presented by the Lampasas County Sheriff's Department against Jared Blake Edmondson, 26, for online solicitation of a minor on Aug. 26 and for sexual assault of a child, on Aug. 10.
The Lampasas County attorney presented cases that resulted in the indictments of:
• Allana Mejias, 49, for theft, on July 2.
• Luis Garcia Jr., 32, for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, on Aug. 9.
• Carlton Clay Bradley II, 18, for robbery with bodily injury, on June 28.
