The public is invited to join local law enforcement officers and public safety officials at the 25th National Night Out on Oct. 6 from 6-9 p.m.

Residents are asked to turn on their porch lights, lock their doors and come to the HEB parking lot in Lampasas for hot dogs, drinks and music as a way to meet and socialize with one another.
