Kayla and James Maxwell Kayla Dawn Kelley became the bride of James Michael Maxwell Jr. in an outdoor ceremony at the groom's parents' home in Port Lavaca on July 4, 2009.
Justice of the Peace Nancy Ponykal officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of William and Karen Kelley of Lampasas, and Tywila Kelley of Georgia. She is the granddaughter of Earl and Sissy Kelley of Lometa.
The groom is the son of Mike and Dee Maxwell, and the grandson of Helen Mangle and the late Joe Mangle.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father.
She wore a knee-length gown of white chiffon and carried a bouquet of stargazer lilies.
Maid of honor was the bride's sister, Shelby Kelley. Bridesmaid was Meghan Bivens of Albany, Ore.
Attendants wore knee-length dresses in chocolate brown with turquoise accents. They carried bouquets of stargazer lilies.
Reagan Maxwell, daughter of the groom, was flower girl.
Austin Kepler, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.
Best man was Jason Gibbs of Conroe.
Groomsman was Warren Brough of Montesano, Wash.
