The Lampasas FFA will be the host chapter for the annual San Saba District FFA Association Fun Day on Saturday from 3-6 p.m. at the former Lampasas Middle School cafeteria and at Hanna Springs Swimming Pool.

New students and those interested in FFA/ agriscience program from 10 area chapters and schools will be in attendance. The event will be coordinated by district FFA officers from Lampasas and adjoining counties.

Leadership workshops, group break-out sessions, music and a meal provided by local meat fund-raising companies are part of the agenda.

Local agriscience advisers will supervise the activities along with city Parks and Recreation Department staff.
