Finney-Harris Rachel Finney and Braxton Harris, both of Lampasas, plan to exchange wedding vows in a Nov. 21, 2009, ceremony at Horseshoe Bay Resort.

Miss Finney is the daughter of Deorald and Melodie Finney of Lampasas.

She earned a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing in 2008 from Texas State University.

Mr. Harris is the son of Hilton and DeMar Hopson of Lampasas, and Mike and GerriLu Harris of Odessa.

He graduated in 2007 from Texas A&M Corpus Christi with a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice. He is a game warden stationed in Travis County.
