Peter Delgado Ramirez, 52, of Lampasas died Aug. 16, 2009, at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple.

Funeral Mass is Aug. 28 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Lampasas with Father Pedro Castillo officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas.

Mr. Ramirez was born July 15, 1957, in Lampasas, the son of Pedro and Valvina Delgado Ramirez Sr.

He married Mary Contreras on Nov. 27, 1976, in Lampasas. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife of Lampasas; four sons, Jimmy Ramirez, Gregory Ramirez, Kenny Ramirez and John Paul Ramirez; three daughters, Patricia Ramirez, Veronica Ramirez and Lisa Ramirez, all of Lampasas; his father; two brothers; two sisters; and 12 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother.
