Thanks to a ground game that amassed 282 yards, Lampasas knocked off Manor in the season-opener by seven points, 21-14.  Senior running back Brode DuBose led the way with 171 yards on 33 carries and recorded two touchdowns, including the go-ahead score with 4:34 remaining in the fourth quarter.
