Save the Lampasas River Inc. will hold an auction and fundraiser Saturday at 6 p.m. at the Oakalla Volunteer Fire Department. Food will be provided, and "Just Country" will perform. The event is intended to raise money to defend against proposed routes for electric transmission lines that may run through the Lampasas River valley.
