Equipment hand-out for eighth-grade players will be on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon for all seventh-graders at the new Lampasas Middle School campus.

Practice begins on Monday from 6:50-7:50 a.m. for seventh-graders, while eighthgraders' practice sessions begin shortly after the school day ends and last until 5:30 p.m.

The first Saturday practice is scheduled for Aug. 29 from 8- 10 a.m. for eighth-grade players and from 10 a.m. to noon for the seventh-grade players.

Donations of soap, towels and detergent will be taken during both Saturday practices.

The Lampasas Middle School girls' coaching staff will be issuing athletic clothing and lockers to all incoming seventhand eighth-grade athletes on Thursday from 5-7 p.m. at Bozarth-Fowler Gymnasium.

Physicals are required before clothing will be issued. Any physicals done through the school will be on file.

All seventh- and eighth-grade athletes attending Wednesday's Big Blue Review need to check in with Jim Burks in front of Bozarth-Fowler Gymnasium at 7 p.m.

Due to grass renovation at Badger Stadium, the event was relocated to Bozarth-Fowler Gymnasium and will begin at 7:30 p.m.

GOLF

The Jeff Urofsky Memorial Three-Person Scramble will be held at Hancock Park Golf Course Saturday at 1 p.m. Cost is $70 per person.
