Grand jurors hand down 13 indictments

The Lampasas County grand jury handed down 13 indictments in its most recent term.

The Lampasas Police Department presented cases that resulted in the indictment of:

• Adan Salinas, 38, for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, on June 18.

• Marie Renee Salazar, 35, for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, on June 18.

• Monica Marie Marez, 36, for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, on July 8.

• Christopher Sean Cowan, 36, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on July 16.

• Paul Rivera Jr., 24, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on July 26.

• Wayne Josef Hatchell, 41, for possession of marijuana over four ounces and under five pounds, on July 28.

• Timothy Wayne Key Jr., 20, for possession of marijuana over four ounces and under five pounds, on July 28.

Indictments were handed down in cases presented by the Lampasas County Sheriff's Department against the following:

• Terry Jay Holder, 45, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, on April 9.

• Adam Blake Hobill, 30, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on July 26.

• Adam Keith Richardson, 25, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, on July 22.

The Lampasas County attorney presented cases that resulted in the indictments of:

• Christopher James Trumull, 28, for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, on June 15.

• Jill Bowen Burrows, 29, for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, on July 3.

• Byron Dean Ball Jr., 37, for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, on July 31.
