Lampasas Badger Band members are preparing for the start of the 2009-10 marching season with weekday rehearsals at the old high school marching practice field. Two campuses of the Lampasas Independent School District were rated "recognized" by the Texas Education Agency when its 2009 accountability ratings were released recently.
