Gail Lowe, chairman of the State Board of Education, and Randall Hoyer, Lampasas Independent School District superintendent, will speak at a Lampasas County Conservative Club meeting on Aug. 4 at 7 p.m. at the Lampasas County Office Building. They will discuss their perspectives on state and local public education issues.
