The Kiwanis Club of Lampasas is offering its Stay In or Return to College Scholarship Program for 2009.

Applicants must have completed at least one year of college. Applications are at the Lampasas County Chamber of Commerce, 205 S. U.S. Highway 281, or the law offices of Martin & Millican, 512 E. Fourth St. and must be returned to the law office by Aug. 14.
