Kempner City Council will hold a second public hearing tonight at 7 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers.

The hearing is in connection with annexation of just over 7 acres of land to be used for a city park and includes the north side of U.S. Highway 190 including a portion of Taylor Creek.
