Shame on you, Lampasas, Texas, and all those who approved puppy mill vendors at your recent Spring Ho event. Dogs and their puppies suffering from the heat but worse, non-registered backyard breeders, one with over 300 dogs for breeding purposes only and never let out of their cages, to promote their ongoing practices.

You should have done your homework. Reputable breeders do not sell puppies at events like Spring Ho and on street corners!
