Metroplex plans expansion of emergency department
Metroplex Health System officials broke ground Thursday morning on an emergency department that will more than double the current facility's size and add a dozen treatment rooms. Gas rate compromise accepted at meeting

The Lampasas City Council on Monday voted unanimously to approve a change in Atmos Energy tariffs that will raise the average residential customer's natural gas rate by about 15 cents per month.
