Plaques were presented to grand champions and reserve champions of the Spring Ho County Fair, including Joni Barbero, Barbara Lynn McClure, Alice Hardin, Ashley Scalf, Lindsey Kuehne, Emily Buford and Devyn Moore. The 2009 Spring Ho County Fair was held at First Texas Bank's community room.

Taking best of show in the adult division of the county fair was Joni Barbero with her gourd with painted animal rocks.

Reserve best of show honors went to Barbara Lynn McClure, with her 1930 quilt reproduction of an old-fashion charm.

Best of show in the intermediate division (13-18) went to Alice Hardin.

In the junior division (9-12) Ashley Scalf took best of show honors with her tote bag, and reserve best of show honors went to Lindsey Kuehne for her raspberry-orange rolled cookies.

In the pee wee youth division (ages 8 and under), best of show went to Emily Buford with her pompom animals, and reserve best of show went to Devyn Moore for his chocolate hot water cake.

Ribbons awarded were: blue, first; red, second; white, third; green, participant.
