Vann-Rollins Kelsey Vann and Thomas Andrew Rollins, both of Lampasas, plan to exchange wedding vows in an Aug. 1, 2009, ceremony at the Hancock Springs Hostess House.

Miss Vann is the daughter of Robby and Leigh Vann of Lampasas.

She is a candidate for August graduation from Texas A&M University with a bachelor of business administration degree in finance.

Mr. Rollins is the son of Jesse Rollins of Snyder, and David and Lisa Foil of Knoxville, Tenn.

He graduated from Texas A&M University in May with a bachelor of science degree in agricultural economics.

The prospective bridegroom is employed by Kokel-Oberrender- Wood Appraisal.
