Anthony White Funeral mass for Anthony Dewayne Valadez White, 22, of Granbury was July 6, 2009, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Lampasas with Father Pedro Castillo officiating. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas.

Mr. White died July 2.

He was born Oct. 8, 1986, in Lampasas, the son of David and Rachael White.

He grew up in Lampasas where he attended school through seventh grade.

Mr. White then moved to Albany where he went to school until finishing at Challenger High School.

He was an oil and gas perforator for Basic Energy. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Survivors include his mother Rachael Flanigan and husband, Patrick, of Lampasas; his father, David White and wife, Liz, of Lueders; sisters, Andrea Dawn White of Lampasas and Kacie Johnson of Weatherford, and her daughter, Alexis; grandparents, Albert and Joyce White and Ruben and Lupe Valadez, all of Lampasas, and Irene White of Bertram; greatgrandparents, Lusia Ybarra and Maximo and Eva Valadez, all of Lampasas, and Melba Jean Dyer of Mississippi; and a host of other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Antonio Ybarra; and by several uncles and a cousin.
