In recent action in Judge Joe Carroll's 27th District courtroom, James Kelly Loiseau, 25, of Copperas Cove was sentenced to three years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division for possession of a controlled substance.
Robert Eric Younggreen, 25, had his adjudication probation revoked, and he was placed on four years' probation and given a $1,000 fine. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
Jonathan Hurt of Ballinger received five years' deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine for forgery.
Rafael Gonzales, 40, received nine months in state jail with credit for one day in the Lampasas County Jail on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
A 90-day Lampasas County Jail sentence was given to Francisco Jesus Martinez, 21, of Lampasas for criminal non-support. He was credited with 90 days served in jail.
A charge of deadly conduct against Christopher Ronald Bagley, 20, of Robinson Plaza was reduced to a Class A misdemeanor. He was fined $500 and must pay court costs.
Pretrial hearings are set May 22 for Antonio Padilla, 32, of Springlake for possession of a controlled substance over four grams and under 200 grams, and for Jason Randle Harris, 23, of Lampasas for criminal mischief over $1,500 and under $20,000.
May 29 pretrial hearings are slated for Johnny Lee Fletcher, 27, of Lometa for burglary of a building; Florentino Flores, 44, of Dallas for engaging in organized criminal activity; Edd E. Lefevre, 52, for driving while intoxicated third or more; and Robert Allen Rossiter, 50, of Copperas Cove for failure to register as a sex offender.
On a charge of burglary of a habitation, Joshua Ray Tibbits is expected to enter a plea May 29.
A June 5 pretrial is set for Juan Antonio Villegas-Soto, 20, of Lampasas for engaging in organized criminal activity-conspiracy.
Jury trials are on the July 27 docket for Richard Dean Kercheff, 51, for theft of wire cable; William Drew Landers, 18, for robbery; Christopher Brian Herbold, 25, of Seguin for three counts of burglary of a building; and Benjamin Guevera Ramirez, 26, of Lampasas for sexual assault of a child.
On a charge of criminal solicitation, Elizabeth Sanchez Barton, 77, of Lampasas is set for a Sept. 11 revocation hearing.
Daniel Anthony Aguirre, 38, of Lampasas is set to enter a plea on Oct. 9 for driving while intoxicated and felony repetition, and bail jumping.
A motion to revoke probation against Nicholas Darrell Harvin, 28, was dismissed. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
