Man gets prison sentence

In recent 27th District Court action, Blair Duane Wright, 41, of Buena Vista, Colo., was sentenced to two 19-year terms in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division to run concurrently.

Wright was charged with driving while intoxicated with a child passenger and bond jumping.

In other court action, Kempner resident Charles James Cadle, 22, had his probation revoked and was given two four-year sentences in the TDCJID to run concurrently.

Cadle was found guilty of assault on a public servant and aggravated assault on a public servant. He was credited with jail time served.

Charged with delivery of a dangerous drug, 19-year-old Michael James Odneal-Ybarra was given five years' probation and a $500 fine.

Anthony Wayne Faught, 20, had his charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver reduced to a Class A misdemeanor. The Lampasas man received one year deferred adjudication probation and a $500 fine.

A charge of theft over $1,500 and under $20,000 against Clifton Lee Withers, 57, was reduced to a Class A misdemeanor. He was assessed a $250 fine and court costs of $215.

A March 13 pretrial is on the docket for Willie Hampton Bell, 48, of Kempner for theft over $1,500 and under $20,000. A revocation hearing is the same day for Bell on a charge of driving while intoxicated and felony repetition.

Pretrials are set March 20 for Cheri Pauline Nobles, 30, of Temple for theft over $1,500 and under $20,000, and Antonia Lynn Carnley, 20, of Lampasas for burglary of a habitation.

Pleas are expected to be entered April 17 by Michelle Janette Boston, 34, of Killeen for driving while intoxicated and felony repetition, and for James Hugh Moffitt, 18, of Lampasas for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

The state dismissed a motion to revoke for 27-year-old Jennifer Fralin of Lampasas on a charge of theft over $1,500 and under $20,000.
