Veterans are invited to a free benefits fair Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bell County Expo Center.

Representatives from the Veterans Land Board, the Texas Veterans Commission, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Social Security Administration will be available to answer questions and discuss claims. Area mortgage lenders, realtors and veteran support organizations also will be available.

The come-and-go event also will give participants an opportunity to learn more about home, land and home improvement loans, state veterans homes, state veterans cemeteries, education and employment benefits and disability and pension claims. In addition, drawings will be held for door prizes.
