Texas Department of Health Services will offer vaccinations for those ages six months and older on Monday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Wal-Mart.

Cost is $10 for a flu shot; $20 for pneumonia vaccine; and $10 for Tdap or TD.

Filing will be available for those with Medicare or Medicaid. Also, based on income, fees may be deferred.
