Law Enforcement Report
      The following arrests were reported by law enforcement officials. Jan. 6 -- Benjamin Guevera Ramirez, 36, of Lometa for sexual assault of a child. He remained in the Lampasas County Jail on Thursday morning. -- Joshua Dee Daniels, 27, of Marble Falls on a Lampasas County warrant for burglary of a habitation and a Travis County warrant for theft.

LISD board meeting, tour on tap
      The public is invited to take a tour Monday of the new Lampasas High School campus under construction on U.S. Highway 281 South. Anyone interested should be at the Lampasas Independent School District parking lot at 4:30 p.m. A bus will provide transportation.
