Lometa ISD trustees to meet Monday

The Board of Trustees of the Lometa Independent School District will meet Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the school library to handle a lengthy agenda.

Bids will be considered for the 2008-09 school year for supplies for the cafeteria, maintenance, custodial, instructional and transportation.

Other bids to be considered include those of fuel.

Student and extracurricular insurance also will be discussed.

Other agenda items include consideration of fleet, liability and builder's risk insurance; naming of a representative for the National School Lunch Program; board training and team building; and discussion of central heat and air-conditioning for the main campus buiding.

Reports are slated to be presented by the superintendent and principals.

Personnel hirings and resignations also are on the agenda.
