Carbon Caucus discusses climate change
      The first meeting of the Texas Carbon Caucus took place recently at the state capitol. Organized by Rep. Warren Chism (R-Pampa), the meeting offered discussion on innovative ways to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases. Rep. Jimmie Don Aycock (RKilleen) was among those in attendance.
