Renovations continuing
Cormi Smith, an employee of Ron Ischy, continues the task of removing old mud from the walls at the historic Lampasas Colored School as part of the ongoing work in getting the structure back to its original state. Smith is chipping out all the mud and repointing new mortar on the entire exterior of the building. Ischy is a subcontractor for Mike Hail, who has charge of the project.
