      Thomas Marez, 46, of Lampasas died June 15, 2008, in Lampasas. Rosary was said June 20 at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Mass was June 21 at St. Mary Catholic Church. The body will be cremated and the ashes will be buried at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas.

      Lometa resident Dorothy Ann Peachee, 73, died June 20, 2008, at Austin Heart Hospital. A memorial service is June 26 at 10 a.m. at Family of Faith Church in Lometa with Pastor Bob McClinton officiating. The body will be cremated.

      Funeral services with full military honors for Spc. Thomas Franklin Duncan III, 21, of Rowlett, formerly of Lampasas, were June 17, 2008, at 10 a.m. at Briggs-Gamel-Wilcox Funeral Chapel in Lampasas. Cremation followed the service.
