DWI charge nets jail time
      A three-year sentence to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division was handed down recently in the 27th District courtroom of Judge Joe Carroll. Michael Henderson, 45, received the punishment for driving while intoxicated. He also must pay a $500 fine.
