Bowen-Chappell Couple exchange vows at Georgetown church Jennifer Dawn Bowen and Dustin Don Chappell, both of Lampasas, were united in marriage in a Dec. 1, 2007, ceremony at First Baptist Church in Georgetown. The Rev. J.W. Hutcherson, retired minister of First United Methodist Church in Lampasas, officiated the double-ring afternoon ceremony.
